Joystick throttle axis not working correctly

Okay... awhile ago I got the Gold Upgrade and later on patched to 1.46 and now I'm using my joystick (Logitech Wingman Digital 3D) to fly and drive, but:

My throttle axis (Z is it?) works reversed. OK, for helicopters it's realistic but for aircraft not.... And anyway, as other helo games I've got it works other way, landing the helo is impossible. So is there any piece of advice available (like just tweaking the conf. file -- been there, done that) of am I forced to use keyboard for elevation control?

Landing the helo with the Joystick?

hmm try, editing the keys on the keyboard, by going into options> and so on. WHen you get to the edit keys, edit the elevation keys which of course are "Q" and "Z", and add the joysitck button desired to control elevation to that.

thats only an idea. cause im no joystick expert, i acttualy need a new one cause i got pissed at "PacMan" for PC and threw it accross the room, so the stick is imbalanced. its/was an old antiquated "Microsoft Sidewinder 3D Pro" yea thats an old one. im getting a new one pretty soon
