Many users are barking Vista 64 and atleast in your case 7 is doing same as Vista=locked fps(feature in ArmAII, there must be somenthing wrong in game code 'cause so many users have this). cchance 10 Posted August 11, 2009 Yep, and considering most users from the tech-beta that i was in for 7 all saw that Win7 shows about the same as XP performance if not slightly higher, and much higher than vista yet we seeing weird low framerates in win7 with arma???
