Graphic problems nvidia drivers 2.7.130.16

hi

i installed the game via steam and every thing was great.

i updated my video driver to 2.7.130.16 ( vista 64bit gtx260 )

now everything is blocky and simple i uninstalled the game and steam and reinstalled that did not help. My other games have no problems with the new video driver at all.

so my question is what do i do now i dont want to revert back to the old video driver. Is there a way to i guess repopulate the correct textures so the game will display properly?

any ideas would be helpful

You should be running this one: 190.38 (64 bit vista, gtx 260) I don't even know where you came up with that other one.

Whats this video driver 2.7.130.16 ? You should be running the latest driver, its the 190.38 :

sry i put the control version insted of driver the driver is 190.38

maybe ill try to uninstall then reinstall the video driver

btw ice we almost the same system! :P

well i ended up installing a old driver(186.18) and my framerate seems better and no more problems.

yeah the moral of the story is if something isnt broke dont fix it. + if your games are running well now dont upgrade computer until absolutely neccessary. Next years cards will run Arma 2 awesome, even the 8800 series cards run this gam reasonably well. Yet this years cards run it like crap same old story with pc gaming.
