Fintroll 10 Posted July 27, 2009 Greetings I have been flying alot of planes, but if i dont fly low, its very hard to bomb accurately. How do i know where the bomb is going to land? Is there an indicator or do i just need to quess? I know if the target is laser painted it will land on it, but what if i just drop i on a city, how do i know where the bomb drops on 300 altitude or higher? Sgt.Spoetnik 10 Posted July 27, 2009 hi when you fly at higher altitude you can drop down to the target,aim at or little above target when going down. release bomb(s) and pull out. with a little training you should get the hang off it pretty fast. for lowlevel bombing you need to line up with target ,reduce speed and drop bomb(s) at the right moment to hit the target. its mutch harder this way to hit the target and needs lots off training to get it right. richardg 10 Posted July 27, 2009 (edited) Forget it. These planes have CCIP bombing cues in real life. With the cue, you could place the bombs on target from 10,000 feet. No such thing exists in the game. Bombing with jets by diving low where every pop gun on the ground can hit you is just a little bit retarded. walker 0 Posted July 27, 2009 (edited) Hi all CCIP is not that accurate in reality hence the shift to laser guided and the GPS bombs. Lobbing a bomb with CCIP is no where near as accurate as dive bombing, or level flight aiming a bomb but high level laser beats all.
