Please help me! How do i open this?

I have this Crcti mission in signgle player folder and in mp folder, i can play both online or offline. This mission works great but i would like to change unit prices with the editor how do i do this? The file is named crcti_WARFARE_09.utes.pbo but i cannot open it in anyway in editor, i even placed it in its own folder but it didnt help?

How do i open this and change unit prices, please help!

You need to use something like cpbo from Kegetys' ArmA Tools to open those so you can edit view the mission files.
