Tank aiming in tutorial is off right?!

Why doesn't the bullet follow the reticule in the tank tutorial? Whenever i aim the reticule directly at the pop up target the bullets go slightly right. I find it weird.

The coaxial is not mounted in the same vertical plane as the sight. It should converge at some distance.
