Syntax in creatue unit INIT

I'm not having success running a script from the init line of new unit created by 'CREATEUNIT' using 'THIS' as an array.

Here is my current syntax:

"USMC_Soldier_TL" createUnit [getPos player, _group,"[this] exec "test.sqs"",1,"colonel"]

What have I got wrong?
