Fleshpound 10 Posted July 19, 2009 Hey! I just got my HD4890 and i will tell you about the problem. In a 24man CTI server i have about 26fps with high/med settings with these specs Sapphire HD4890 Intel C2D E8400 Asus P5K Nexus 600 power 4gb of 800hz kingston memory. Have i installed my HD4890 wrong? I linked 8 to 4pin cable(it is plugged in CPU2 and PCI-e2 slot) and a 4pin cable from my psu to my HD4890, because it needed 2x 4 pin cables. Thanks for answers and hopefully you understood my problem

Yes your card is fine, if some people on here tell you that it's not, just ignore them. I have done most of the so called fixes and they don't work for me, but don't let me stop you from trying.
