breacherman 10 Posted July 16, 2009 Arma/Arma 2 were the best sounding games ive ever heard, they sounded amazing in 5.1 when i was runnin vista, but now that ive installed windows 7 ultimate, arma 2 only plays back in stereo. Have checked all sound settings in control panel and in in my creative console launcher...everthing is setup for 5.1 playback. Any ideas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Bulldogs 10 Posted July 16, 2009 Have you tried the newest Creative drivers (released in June)? Also, make sure CMSS-3d, and Crystalizer are turned off, but after turning them off check speakers under Creative control panel again (whenever I change mine under Windows 7 it seems to revert to 2.1, so I just change it to 5.1 again) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
