Add Game Logics in 3D Map Editor?

I was wondering if there is a way to add a game logic to the 3D map editor. I'm trying to add one called "server" but i can't find out how. I added a Logic Center if that helps. I even tried adding one via the normal editor but when I load the mission it says it's read only, which I can't seem to turn off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
