Question on Radio Triggers

I'm just getting into making more serious missions. In a mission I'm making at the moment, i would like to make a group of tanks trigger and move to a town by radio. How would I make a radio trigger like this? Sorry if this is a noob question.

radio trigger that you the player (have to be group leader) would create a trigger and make activation any of the radio options, alpha, bravo ect. then make type switch, and click ok. create tank group and give them a move waypoint where you want them to hold until trigger is activated. Then all other waypoints for after trigger activation. Sync the trigger to first waypoint and your done.
