Is there a way to edit your cash for domination(I think) in the demo?

The base building gametype... I'd really love to start off with helicopters, but the AI never gets around to it until it's far too late to be useful, so I figure I should do it for it. Any way to edit how much cash you have/start with, or can it not be done in the demo?

All offline single player of course.
