Petko 10 Posted June 22, 2009 My hungarian manual is really short and there are not much guides on the game control itself. Its really hard for me to figure out these radio menus, and its hard to get used to it. And the whole ai or player commanding system is also pretty hard to handle with these key combinations. And the chaotic radio messages can also overload me sometimes. For example i havent able to figure out how to do a position report. When someone uses the radio menu to say "Where are you?", how can i give a "Im at grid xxxyyy" answer?
rellikki 7 Posted June 22, 2009 As far as I know, you don't really need to report your position. I don't think there's even an action to do so for the player in ArmA II. Just wait at your position and they'll automatically return back. Alternatively, just give them a move command into your position.

But what if the "Where are you?" comes in a mulitplayer game, with a human squad and the squad leader asks me? I saw other players make the posrep somehow. rellikki 7 Posted June 22, 2009 Hmm, looks like they've improved it some bit. My answer came from my experiences from OFP and ArmA I. You couldn't actually report your position in those games apart from giving a move command, so I can't really answer that one. Simple move command has always worked for me/us in multiplayer and singleplayer games.
