Baron von Beer 0 Posted June 21, 2009 Having an issue in these scenarios sometimes with 2 players in game. I'm hosting from my machine. When the mission starts, on my screen, I begin wherever my side "teleports" as our starting position. The other player however, is where the units "start" as they would appear in the editor (Where they appear on the initial briefing screen, off in a corner somewhere). It seems 3 out of 4 times, they get stuck there, rather than getting moved with the other units. Almost like there was lag or desync and they missed the scripting that moved them to the true starting position. For example, he would see the AI still near him for a few moments, and if he shot them, they died on my screen, despite being 1-10km away. :) Also when this happens, the map objectives were not appearing on their map, nor the new/actual starting/base position. When this occurred, if they left and rejoined the game, it would typically resolve itself. Still a PITA, and would be nice to get it reliably running the first time... Is there anything I can try on my end to solve this? (server or config settings, etc) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
