Nieldo 0 Posted June 20, 2009 Hey, trying to put some simple missions together for me and my friends to play in multiplayer, Im trying to add respawning to one of them, I understand that I need to make a description.ext and put in it respawn=3; then I need to put in a marker on my mission called respawn_west. I cant figure out where to put the description.ext file, or how to link it to my mission. I would appreciate a shove in the right direction :). Also, the ArmA2/Missions folder is empty, where are the singleplayer and campaign missions held? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Ghost 40 Posted June 20, 2009 Nieldo, Description.ext goes into your mission folder which is found under my documents/arma2/missions. as for the sp missions and campaigns that come with the game they are in pbo's in the addons folder in the game directory. to put your mission available for sp or mp use just save mission, and choose sp or mp from the drop down list. When saving in the editor Ive been using export to multiplayer, I didnt realise that this was compiling all of the files in the mission folder (the one in my documents) and making them into one mission.pbo file. It makes sense now, lol Ive been trying to put the description.ext file into the MPmissions folder :rolleyes: no wonder it wasnt working... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
