Hosting coop missions I've played???

Hi can u plz advice me on how to host a multi-player coop mission that Ive played online(so i can practise a bit)i think i need to find the MP files that are in hidden folders in my documents and settings and then move them else where??

ps i managed this ages ago with arma1 but i cant remember how!

pps im running windows xp pro
