Steam version will not launch.

Hi,

I just purchased the game off of Steam tonight and it refuses to launch. I've tried launching from Steam and using the .exe found in the steamapps common file for ArmA...it still refuses to launch. When I click launch it asks me if I want to launch the game or start a dedicated server...I choose to launch game. It then tells me "Preparing to launch..." as it does with all games. After that a window pops up with tiny boxes that are checked off one by one...after they are all checked the window closes and then nothing else happens.

The game does let me create dedicated server, btw.

Had the same thing happen to me. Just get the most recent pach off of the ArmA website. Just click on Bohemia Interactive on the right, should take you there :)
