cant connect with multiple players

Myself and a friend cant play arma on the same server at the same time, both our computers can connect independently.

We live in the same building under the same router. We can both play at the same time on different servers, just not the same server. Anyone have any thoughts?

Well i think this is because you both have the same key?

In that case YOU MUST BUY A ORIGINAL GAME!!!

That would be an obvious response but no we are not using the same key or copy of the game. Does anyone have anything helpful to suggest?
