Skulleye 0 Posted March 2, 2002 After you have unzipped them you have to use the .exe files too. Go to the official site and downlaod all the patches that are needed. Then patch the game in the right order.
cef71 0 Posted March 2, 2002 Thanks! but can you tell me (not computer smart) exactly how to use the .exe files? i have 1.3 unzipped and on my desktop...and i am currently downloading 1.45....what exactly do i need to do to install these patches?? thanks
Intruder 0 Posted March 2, 2002 Put the flashpoint CD in the drive, then double click on the exe file. It will then verify if you have the correct version, then continue to upgrade the game.
Cyberdyne 0 Posted March 2, 2002 So you've extracted (unzipped) the files to somewhere on your computer. There will be an icon that has the soviet hammer and sickle in gold with a black background. Double click on this. A new screen will appear where you don't have to do anything, just let it run. When it's finished click done and try the game. On the bottom of the screen (the one with: Single Player, Options, Multiplayer, etc.) somewhere there will be some text saying v.x x=whatever version you've most previously installed.
