Stopping an AI from taking off in a plane?

I was wondering. I've placed an AI in my mission, my player next to it, set up the init lines, and put the AI in the pilot seat of a plane with getInDriver.

Now, I want the pilot to sit there and wait. I've tried disableAI "MOVE" which doesn't seem to work. I've tried assigning a waypoint right at the position which I want the AI to wait on, doesn't work.

I'm wondering, is there any way I can have an AI get in a plane and sit there waiting? Rather than taking off and flying around as soon as the mission starts?
