Synide 0 Posted January 12, 2008 If you have photoshop... just right-click on the image and save as bitmap on your machine. open in ps and Image>Mode>RGB Color... then save as a tga 32bit depth... if to don't have PS then download the DirectX SDK and use the command line tool 'texconv.exe' ie.
