Ability to bind to any ip on your system

Just curious if anyone here is in need of the ability to bind to a specific ip on win32 boxes? Let me know if there is a need and ill try to release a program that will let you do this.

You have to pay, to get an fixed IP from your ISP.

I think there is no way around that, they can charge money for it, so they`ll do.

I might not have said it right. What i was really asking if anyone wants the ability to bind arma to a specific ip on their server. If you have more than one now we are limited to the default. I might have a way to fix that.
