Need to reinstall, how do I keep savegames?

Hi - due to me installing a soundpack, then Queens Gambit not installing correctly (I think as a result of some files in the soundpack) I need to reinstall back to a vanilla version.  The reason is mainly I didn't realise it would cause issues with multiplayer servers.

Is it possible that I can keep my current save games and positions within campaigns?

Make a backup of the profile files in the "My Documents" folder. It stores profiles and saves and stuff there for ArmA instead of in the main game directory. Just make a new folder and stick them in there, then copy the save files back when you've reinstalled it.
