The car has been developed in a new state-of-the-art wind tunnel facility, TAG McLaren Group’s new headquarters and technology centre, which is currently under construction in Woking, UK. If you were british then I wouldnt have said it cause the results of this motor were so bad this year (motor exploedes at max speed) that they kicked out one engineer (Simon Armstrong) after the other!! Actually Mario Illien is afraid he is gonna lose the contract with Mercedes and Mercedes is afraid that the will loose the season with their MP4-17 . However the car performed reasonably well on Shakedown day.
