Server Logs - Hack Or Not?

Hey guys just posting this as i am having a little issue at the moment.

If anyone could help me out,

Below there is a snippet from a server log i have. What i would like to know is, is this classed as a hack? placing a vehicle on a map that doesnt have vehilces :S
