ArmA Freezing at a random time.

Hey guys, I've been playing ArmA for quite a while and since 2 days ago ArmA and any other games I play started to Freeze... so after i t Freezes i need to restart my computer which is annoying since I'm working on a mission.... Could someone tell me why this is happening all help is appreciated thanks!

1 Check Hardware Temps

2 Check for Virus+Spyware+Adware

3 Do either of the 2 in any order

Note if you have norton try online housecall

It does sound like possible heat build-up

I blow out my cpu,video and power supply fans on ocassion (rid of dust)

And dust around bios cip and memory
