Serious Problem, Need help asap!

Allright i reinstalled arma then launched the game registration screen popped up. Because i allready have a licensed copy i clicked re-activate existing license filled in the info & clicked next but for some reason its saying that the activation key has allready been registered and cannot be registered again.

Error message:

Activation Failed

he Activation Code has already been used in a successful activation or purchase. It can not be used again. Please e-mail support@softwrap.com

Mailed softwrap.com but havent received a reply yet, what can i do in the meantime man cmon i payed for this game!
