Start up crash

I am one of the people who get a "ArmA has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." after the checkbox screen, I have gone through all 130 pages of the troubleshoot forums and to no luck i have found a solution, Here is my info and i would love some help, please.

I have updated my drivers, turned off my sound card, reinstalled, done the openal reinstall.
