Need help w / height & speed readouts

Hi!

I'm using the FFUR/SLX mod and they removed the height/speed readouts from the HUD.

1. How can I bring them back?

2. Can I configure it so i see my actual height not only when in an aircraft? (HALO jump after eject for instance).
