High Pings Listed in Games on Dedicated server

Hi,

We run a dedicated Arma server 1.05. When looking at the main server list when wanting to join the server it shows normal pings of around 30 - 50. However, once having joined the game everyones pings are listed as something like 19,000 or more. Anyone else experienced this or got any ideas about what might be wrong.
