V1.07 Beta - Field of view change

Recommended Posts

I fired up V1.07 Beta, have 8800 Gts and currently do not experience any problems. The only thing I am stuck with is what seems like a Field of View change. I experience this in the vehicles, and when I raise my iron sights, it seems like the FoV is now approximately 120 where I suppose the default should be 90? Can I change this manually in a config file somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Quote[/b] ]Ma FOV (Field Of View) was completly different to 1.05.

Today i found the reason:

I deleted all Keybindings in ArmA (like i do in every Game). This works fine with 1.05, bot not with 1.07.

After changing the setting for the action "Zoom in/out" to default, my FOV was correct again (I dont have any TrackIR):

Thanks HeinBloed,

I will give that a try. That is exactly what I am getting, and I remember that I deleted the default binding as I did not want to use my TrackIR for the zooming. I will go for the default again, and see if I can revert it back. I am assuming there must be a default value in a config somewhere - will have a look to see if I can find any.

Thanks again!

@ Warmbrak:

I would be also interested in:

- Mainboard type + driver + BIOS versions

- RAM type + amount

- OS you use

- Gcard driver

- Exact video settings, wasn`t Riva tuner able to save and export the settings? For the game itself better a screenshot.

I'm having that exact same problem, I'm not running an 8800 though. Nvidia, but not 8800.

It's just a problem with importing your previous config as stated above.
