zombie1 0 Posted April 17, 2007 Get it an driver and do the action to launch it. If i remember there are 2 actions, do the first then the 2nd.
-ZG-BUZZARD 0 Posted April 17, 2007 AFAIK it's an action you set off from the menu, you can launch it being the driver or in the back me thinks... but I don't use the normal BIS Scud launcher for anything because it just shoots a missile into the air... You should rather seek out "working" Scud launchers that actually use the missile to destroy a target. There are several floating around, my favourite is the DSF Beta Scud Launcher pack (on OFP.info) - beware that it's blast radius expands alot beyond the initial explosion... -ZG-BUZZARD 0 Posted April 18, 2007 You mean it doesn't show in the editor or it doesn't show when previewing/playing a mission which contains the DSF scud launcher?
felingard 10 Posted November 24, 2020 Have a simpler way to make workable scuds in OPF (arma cold war assault). You just need to set some triggers for the animation to kick in and some game logics for the explosion in the area you want it to hit. This way is better than the DSF Scud add on. I tried to configure AI to fire the DSF Scud but i could only set the AI to fire a nuclear scud and i want a conventional one. So, i made this at the editor using no addons or external scripts files at all, just the regular editor. Download my mission source code and take a look, i think is the smarter solution and you can just copy and paste to your mission and modify for your needs. Mission sqm file link at video description.
