God Mode?

Well I know this subject get everyone in a snit but hay.

I been playing the SP game and have gone throw it and I now want to just well go in and blow stuff up with out worrying about getting killed so is there a GODMODE that works, now i have tried "iwillbetheone" but it does not work I have tried it will out any luck so does anybody got an ideal.

Oh I will add this your right about the people who cheat in MP games they SUCK but the ones of us that just well like to go in after we have gone throw the game with out cheating and play like some Movie hero where you can go in kill everyone get shot at 100000 times and come out with out a mark well that can be a lot of fun.

So if anyone knows and is willing to tell me I would be very thankful.

Unfortunalty there is not cheats per say, but you can find saving utilities on the web that will give unlimited saves. With this I can work my way through most missions. Also there is a complete mission cheat (just look it up on gamespot, etc). With this you can advance the campaign if you are stuck on a mission. When using it get as far as you can in the mission because you will score the points up to there to pass the mission.

I don't think wanting a god mode is anything bad, I wouldn't mind takin' a swing on a few old missions with unlimited everything.

It's not that I can't complete missions (I've gone through both the bis campaigns, and can kick some ass on MP), but it's always fun to go back to old missions and just go physco with big guns.

It probably won't happen, but I show interest in such a patch.

Cheating is OKAY.

There's nothing immoral or bad about cheating in SP.

Anyways.

You can make your character invincible, sort of.

Just make or edit an addon, and give him 10000000000 armor.

And for unlimited ammo, do the same thing. Give the soldier 100000000 bullets per clip.

I'm still trying to find out how to increase the number of weapon slots per soldier. But for now just make it so that he'll never need to reload... Because his clip has 100000000 bullets in it.

My point is:

You can't be a hardass all the time. You gotta have some fun every now and then.

For example, if I have friends come over, they usually don't want to (and the scenarios are to serious to have fun) sit down and shut the hell up for several hours.

I do understand the cheating is for children...however I would say that holds true for multiplayer.

I don't advise of cheating, however I think it's not an issue if you've already beat the level and it's single player.

You can edit any addon. Even official ones.

But the official ones are really complicated, so just go to OFPEC(www.ofpeditingcenter.com) and download an addon that you like.

Then DePBO it, and edit the Config.CPP file.

How to edit the Config.CPP is simple, just look at other people's addons, then you'll figure it out.

When you're done, StuffPBO everything back to a PBO file.

sometimes i wish i could cheat in SP (in games i can in) simply because i kinda find it boring playing the same mission over and over 50 times, and OK maybe i DO suck at the mission but i mean ya gotta move on. MP cheating i dont agree with unless everyone knows that the person is cheating and has no problem with it (personally id never and never did cheat in MP because A i like a challenge B i dont need to because i dont suck in MP and C i dont agree with being cheap)

I agree with most of the people here. Creating a cheat mode for single player increases longetivity and gives a renuied reason to play the game find new ways to do things etc.. Then you can go back and try those new things out without the cheats.

P.S i dont even play multi-player unless its lan and even then its pretty gay.. LONG LIVE SP.

P.P.S after completing the game you should be able to re-do any mission with a vehicle and weapon of your choice. I was pretty dissapointed to not be able to at least choose my weapon when re-doin the missions anyway

Now that would be fun......I just love to cheat and mess around...after you have gone trough the game normal though.......I hate games that if you kill a team mate or something the game ends like mission failed....it's better when you can fight em as they try to kill you like flashpoint.....like star trek elite force......even with god mode on when they start shooting you it hurts you....and if you do manage to last very long you drop to your knees shaking your head with it saying you killed a team mate.....it's bullshit...totally ruined what I call fuck around factor........
