Texture bug in campaign V1.05

Look at the female news reporter and the square wheels on the vehicles in the campaign opener sequence, this is with patch v1.05 added. It takes ages for the textures to load even when your standing right next to them.

After viewing this on my PC I decided not to start playing the campaign until it's fixed as it would ruin gameplay.
