No entry Arma.cfg_3d_Peformance

I have been getting the No entry Arma.cfg_3d_Peformance error ever since i first installed the game (version 1.04) After clicking OK the game does start. But i am unable to change the terrain settings detail to anything else then very low (so i think they might be related). Which is quite annoying as i dont have any grass details in the game. I decided to wait till 1.05 to see if this solved the problem, but the problem is still there.

I did not get this error when running the demo.

Anyone any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

My system specs:

Windows Vista

NVidia 7900GT

AMD 4600X2+

2GB RAM

Try Deleting the Arma.cfg from your My Documents/Arma folder.
