Not able to play with 2 PC's online

Recommended Posts

Well, I have a massive problem here which is driving me crazy.

I upgraded an old pc yesterday so I could play armed assault together with friends or whoever would want to.

So everything went great, game ran fine, new patches installed etc. etc.

But now the big problem; after being online for about 10 mins, 1 of the 2 computers gets; no messege recieved and will eventually get disconnected from the server.

Internet still works fine, it's just that 1 of the 2 pcs loses connection with the server.

And I experienced this same problem in the past with OFP, but I never took the effort to try and fix it.

Now, I have upgraded this pc especially for this, so I just have to get this fixed!

Btw. I have a cable 4MB connection, I have tried to connect both computers by using a router now, and I have tried connecting 1 computer with the router and the other computer with the other using a connection bridge, both without succes as being said so far...

ALL HELP WOULD BE VERY APPRICIATED

That's probably because the host quit for whatever reason. It shouldn't happen on dedicated servers.

it does, I aint no n00b, I know what's going on...

And that wouldn't make sense either cause both computers would have to be losing connection then.

There is just some sort of protection which doesn't allow 2 pcs from (this) same connection.

Beceause other people I know with ADSL have no problems.

But perhaps there is a way to solve it and I would REALLY like to know it... goddamn i'm trying for hours and hours now and no one seems to have a solution on any forum sad_o.gif
