Arma - new file edit techniques?

hey all,

so im used to the whole depbo and encrypt pbo from OFP. what i cant seem to understand i how to edit files in arma.

is there some new method of doing this? is someone can post a easy step by step instructions on how to do some simple edits, that would be great!

for example, the recent sound mods (2 are out) i can get to work w/out error. and I know it's b/c im doing something wrong.

on task i want to do, is make my our sound files. now ive used wss in the past w/ ofp but my problem is decrypting the pbo, the decrypting it again. this is only in arma.

i know how to in ofp, just arma i need some instructions.

I use pbo_decryptor and it works great search for it and you should be good.
