Black screen after Deathmatch

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone was getting a problem I have encountered while playing deathmatch. After you get killed and go to the respawn Page, It gives you the option to change weapons, If I change weapons and then respawn i just get a black screen. I can hear sounds and fire the weapons but I just cant see anything. This means that after i die I have to exit and rejoin the match, Which can be very annoying. After experimenting I have found that if you dont touch anything and just wait for the timer to countdown then you rejoin no problem. I have tried this on my machine and asked my mate to try on his. We both found the same bug on both machines.

We were playing on LAN and are using one Czech and one German version both were patched to latest update and using the latest graphic drivers.

Has anyone any ideas or could the team look into this problem is it hasnt already been addressed. We have only found this in Deathmatch all other lan games and modes seem to work fine.
