Hell Vetic 0 Posted December 11, 2006 Hi all, I haven't had any trouble with any training mission in veteran mode except for the Basic Helo training. I start the mission and wait for the instructor to stop talking, i board the helo, turn the engine on and raise it to 21m as asked. Then i fly over the 3 check points and hover for 15 seconds over the indicated spot. After that i move to the next point at 2km where there are soldiers to be picked up. I land within 15 meters of the indicated spot (just after the green smoke ends) and some of the soldiers board in, while 3 or 4 others don't move at all. After that nothing at all... no new orders, no end of mission, nothing. i run ArmA (German version) with the 1.01 patch the rig is a P4 830D, 1Gb RAM, integrated audio, Ge6800 Ultra (all drivers uptodate, no elements over or underclocked) Any idea of what's wrong or why ? deanosbeano 0 Posted December 11, 2006 i had same problem, i did just a little hard landing and i think the last 3 didnt want to get in becuase when i did this ,they thought i hurt the co pilot (my addrating was -) so they didnt know weather to shoot me or not . so i landed bang on even tho troop was nearly under helo and did lighter landing and then mission worked out ok. Fred DM 0 Posted December 11, 2006 i've had to restart that mission a few times as well. i'm not sure why it sometimes doesn't work. since other missions sometimes hang up or don't end either, i figure there must be general problems with the triggers in the game.
