Fighting As NATO Again? Please Not All American!

If we are fighting as part of the NATO army again then can it not be a replacement for the US Army like it was in OFP1? I didnt like seeing so many American flags when the NATO flag is this:

And the NATO army consists of people from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, UK, Iceland, Luxembourg, Holland, Norway, Portugal, Greece*, Turkey*, Germany*, Spain* as well as the United States.

*These countries joined during the cold war.
