remcen 0 Posted August 29, 2005 as for the goggles: it must be a semitranparent .paa. use this one if you like: http://www.erzquaelspor.de/ofp/glens_b.paa and don't forget to select the faces, you are applying the .paa to, goto faces menu and select "move bottom". this way the faces behind the paa will be rendered. otherwise ofp wouldn't do that. as for the left hand menu: no idea. is that really of any importance? maybe these textures you're talking about are still in use at some little tiny face and you didn't notice it
DBR_ONIX 0 Posted August 29, 2005 Double click it, see if any faces are selected in the status bar, is so. Right click a view, press E (or E with shift or ctrl), and delete the texture path, and it should disappear.. I think you might need to use the view-lod on the googles to make the engine render though this.. There was a transparent sniper-scope texture, that let you see though the scope, but you could see the ground behind the unit, as it didn't render anything behind it.. (OFP doesn't render though objects, it doesn't know if you can see though a texture, so you need to tell it that you can see though those polygons) - Ben
