Possible addon?-not being able to look through....

Would it be possible to do without SDK that when using NVG's it wouldnt be possible to look through ironsights?

Would be small improvement towards more realistic game.

Ofcourse there are many much more important aspects to improve first but this might be possible to do without SDK, or would it?
