POPKA 0 Posted October 25, 2004 I have just recently reinstalled windows on my PC and updated it tto XP2, i try to start ofp : resistance, i get this error message about half way through the prologe Bad serial number given in setup , i dont understand why it is that i am getting this when i used a copy of resistacne that i bought in a shop for Å20 not preowned and used the cdkey that was on my disc case, before i reinstalled windows it worked fine, is there a way to re enter my cdkey without having to go through the trouble of re-instalation? benu 1 Posted October 25, 2004 No, there isn'T. But AFTER you installed it you can start regedit, export your keys to your ofp folder and burn the whole folder onto a dvd or 2 cds. That way you can always "reinstall" by copying the dvd anywhere on your harddrive and clicking on the registry file.
