3D Error when loading game...

Hi

ok a m8 gets a 3D device error message when he trys to load the game, it says somthing down the lines of not being able to create 3d device.

he uses a radeon 9600, AMD 2600+, 1GB ram

so dose anyone know what the hell is wrong?

btw i has searched and found nothing that fix's this!!
