Soldiers Starting Underground?

Hi People

ok my problem is that m soldiers keep starting underground when the game starts, so now when i try to play a game of anykind i start under the group (what good am i down there?)

dose anyone know what the hell is going wrong here?

Using the wrong config.bin or a broken addon?

This happened to me because I had config.ccp file in the bin folder with a config.bin file.

(WARNING:Do not delete the config.bin file delete the config.ccp file.)
