Buster 0 Posted June 10, 2004 Okay... I have had Operation Flashpoint for about 2 and a half years now and I think It's a great game. But anyway, since my sister finally has a computer that supported Operation Flashpoint I thought we might be able to play it on Lan, using the same cd keys (yes one of us has used a no-cd crack but that's no problem I hope since I have the original version anyway, and this isn't the cause of the problem I'm about to explain either since I have used this cd crack for way longer because I locate and insert the cd every time I wanted to play). This might not have been a too brilliant idea, but it worked... That one time... However, next time I tried, it didn't work, and that's not all... I can't even host anymore. Not in gamespy or in Lan or whatever. It just says "creating server" and goes back to the previous screen and it jumps to the main menu when I use gamespy. I don't even want to play on LAN anymore, I just want to be able to host again. Or should I reinstall the game? And what kind of bug is this? Is this some security matter to prevent people from using the same cdkey for a LAN game? Aren't we allowed to do that? Or is it something else? Thanks in advance.
