Camcreate at a laserdesignator point?

Is there any way to create say a bomb at the point someone is pointing the laserdesignator at?

For example I want someone to laser a target, call on the radio, then have a bomb spawn at the target.

You know, there is a good tutorial by snYpir on using the laser designator at OFPEC. Unfortunately, the site is down now... and I'm afraid I personally don't know the answer.
