OT- Xbox or Gamecube?

Want to purchase one for an older gamer who enjoys driving, sports and flight games more than beating the crap out of someone or arcadish stuff.

Which one would be preferred for a more "mature gamer"? How about PS2?

I like that Gamecube.

Xbox = Microsoft = Evil.

Xbox has longer waranty therefor has more chance of breaking ... I think.

X-box = More powerful, internet, DVD and CD player

Gamecube = cartoony jap characters in little tiny disks with no dvd or cd and no internet.

i would like an Xbox but i would rather have a computer though.  much more versitile.

i think the Xbox is the next best thing to a computer. if nto a new computer then i would choose an Xbox

Surely the only question you need to consider is, does the person recieving the Gift like Mario, and Mario-type games at all?

If they do get them a Gamecube, if they don't go with an X-Box (which by the way will no doubt get more driving, sports, and flight games than the Game Cube).

Xbox=the 1 2 buy

f**king Nintendo s**t sucks as you always are confronted with that stupid gay plumber, Super Mario Gaylovers. And PS2 is good also, but i prefer my beauty PC.
