ssmith1627 0 Posted December 11, 2003 Have you guys played Lost Squad a lot ? I've played that mission about 50 times I think. With four AI soldiers, I don't see how you can manage to hold that town. Seems impossible, even with placing mines and satchel charges. The only way I found to win was to leave the town.....and either walk or drive the truck to the port....and steal the helicopter there to come back to the town and destroy all the tanks there. ssmith1627 0 Posted December 11, 2003 It's under the CWC MP section.....it's called Lost Squad....Sorry, I can't remember which Island....not at my home PC right now. It's MP.....but I've only played it by myself. Pretty neat mission.....very hard....I've never held the town....only fled and come back with the chopper to succeed. ssmith1627 0 Posted December 11, 2003 Awwwww......what's the fun in that ?? It's a challenge to try to hold off those guys. I've tried every method I can think of. You only have like 3-4 minutes to get everything in place before the enemy is in the town. So I put all the mines I can from the ammo crates on the roads.....and put 4-6 satchel charges out which I can detonate once all the tanks / BMPs are in the town. And I take the M21 so I can snipe the enemy soldiers from outside the town. There's a number of damaged tanks around which you can use to shoot......but your soldiers won't board them, you have to do it yourself and you usually end up dead that way. Manning the machine gun posts seems to end the same way. So I usually just flee the town as quickly as possible. I've made a good dent in them a few times.....sniping away a bunch of soliders and blowing up a few of the tanks. But there's always more than I can take on in the end.....without bringing in the chopper. Steve Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
