lukemax 0 Posted December 3, 2003 Hi How do you add pivots to a model for use in OFPAnim Thanks Luke PS:I didnt know where to post this by the way
BraTTy 0 Posted December 4, 2003 You can change the way it pivots by adjusting them and saving the link list thing. To make a new pivot you need a new named selection within your model, that is done in Oxygen2

BraTTy 0 Posted December 5, 2003 How to do which? The named selection in O2 is just a selection like any other. You have to open the model in O2 select some vertex(s) and/or face(s) and give it a name, same way you name anything there (vrtule, hidden selections and such) Anything with a name you will be able to animate in OFPAnim. A good example is: I made a wasp, name the body "body",name the left wing "leftwing" the right wing "rightwing",name the head and legs individually. Then in OFPAnim I am able to make new animations by selecting those parts and animating them. If you wanted to animate the fingers on a soldier, you would have to open the p3d and name each finger a unique name and then you can animate finger movement in OFP (this has been done)
